We’re looking for the first senior data scientist to join our analytics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. This role requires a passion for data, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.

How You’ll Shape The Future Of B2B Sales

• Collaborate closely with the analytics team to develop and implement AI-driven models and analytical solutions.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain machine learning and AI models to support predictive analytics, business forecasting, and other advanced analytical needs.
• Create and present detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and innovations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and data science.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and analysts within the team.
  
  

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a focus on AI and machine learning
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Spark)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
