Sales and Support Engineer - International Market

Requirements:

Arad Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of smart water-meters, communications, and remote reading systems.

The Direct Export Division is seeking a sales and support engineer to assist with the sales processes of communication systems, management systems, and remote water-meter systems – to promote international projects around the globe.

The sales engineer will work with large water corporations, international cellular-communication companies, network-communication suppliers, and management-system suppliers – providing technical background for modular partnerships.

The sales and support engineer will provide professional support and training for direct-export desk managers and their customers.

The sales engineer will be an active partner and coordinator for all technical aspects, including responding to tenders, providing professional training, and conducting pilot programs in water corporations worldwide. The engineer will work closely with the Development and Engineering Unit, to ensure the product development meets the market needs.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the following IoT technologies: Wireless Mbus (OMS), cellular, and LoRaWAN
• Familiarity with water-meter systems – advantage
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Proven ability to provide training and presentations on technical aspects
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
• Ability to understand the customers' needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Attention to detail while looking at the complete picture
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) – advantage
• Experience in developing professional partnerships with design companies, cellular companies, and installation contractors – advantage
• Travelling overseas – up to about 20%
