Brand & Creative Manager

Our Marketing Department is looking for a Brand & Creative Manager to lead our brand strategy and creative initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand and creative strategies from inception to implementation. You will oversee a team of designers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will manage communication with external contractors, designers, content creators, and producers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creative management and brand development, with extensive experience leading design projects at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand and creative strategies.
• Manage a team of designers, overseeing workflow and best practices.
• Coordinate communication with external contractors, designers, content creators, and producers.
• Lead the planning and execution of design projects.
• Manage internal interfaces across various departments.
• Budget planning and management for creative projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative management or brand management roles.
• Proven experience leading design projects at scale.
• Previous experience managing a team of employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage internal and external interfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
