We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer to join our rapidly growing Business Applications group.

As a Salesforce Implementer at monday.com , you will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to optimize our internal business processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, configure Salesforce functionalities, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce projects.

About The Role

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
• Design and implement complex business processes and integrations using Salesforce flows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions using Apex, and Lightning Web Components when necessary.
• Work closely with Business Operations and Product, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, staying current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand and document requirements, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance and UX/UI
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  
  

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong project management skills and ability to drive results.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Experience working with Salesforce Communities - advantage
• Experience working with Sales organizations - advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
