Procurement Manager

A leading global company in the infrastructure domain is seeking a Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement management, and vendor relationship management. This role involves strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. The Procurement Manager will work closely with various departments to meet the company's purchasing requirements and support operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supply chain optimization.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to forecast demand and manage supply.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in procurement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business operations and objectives.

Requirmants:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in global procurement in the construction/infrastructure domain- a MUST
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in working with Oracle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
