Project manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ASIC Project Manager to lead and manage our mixed signal ASIC design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mixed signal design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ASIC products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Plan, schedule, and manage mixed signal ASIC projects from concept to production.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the design team.
• Oversee the design, verification, and validation of mixed signal ASICs.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality design output.
• Team Coordination:
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including RTL design, verification, Analog design, layout, System, and algorithm engineers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Manage and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, management, and vendors.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain processes for design verification and post silicon validation.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.
  
  

• B.Sc./M.Sc degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ASIC design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mixed signal ASIC projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mixed signal design, verification, and validation.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
