Customer Care Center Administrator

AVT is looking for a Customer Care Center Administrator for a Part-time position, to be part of our customer support team! We are developing multidisciplinary systems based on Machine Vision and Image Processing and we are searching someone to be responsible for the administrative aspect of the customer care center operations.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Open and closing calls and documentation in the system.
• Daily interaction with AsPa agents and customers
• Send quotations, open orders, issue invoices, monitor customers' payments.
• Work with different interfaces in the organization such as: production floor, warehouse, import / export, Finance.
• Track engineers' activities in AsPa region.
• Work with internal information systems.
  
  

Requirements:

• Two years’ experience in administration in a global environment.
• Fluent English
• Excel – Basic level.
