Our Technical Training team is made up of Technical Trainers and Professional Services

Engineers. We produce learning solutions and knowledge-sharing opportunities for Akamai's

employees, customers and partners. Our content helps technical teams quickly become

proficient in understanding, using and maintaining the Akamai Guardicore Segmentation

product successfully.

Own best-in-class learning programs

You'll be providing training coordination and administration of activities and programs provided

by the Technical Training team.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for-

• Creating and managing the live training calendar, taking in account business needs and trainers' availability.
• Managing the certification onDemand training programs from registration to successful completion.
• Creating and distributing communications related to training activities.
• Providing after-course support to live training such as preparing course surveys matrix, contacting students and managing certifications.
• Analyzing Data of the certification completion numbers and course surveys.
• Administrating the Learning Management System (LMS). Coordinating system support related to on-demand training activities such as course entry, participant enrollment, and course closeout.

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in business and technical English
