Marketing Manager at ESRA

Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for making a difference? ESRA is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement a marketing plan aligned with ESRA's strategic growth objectives.

·      Support fundraising initiatives led and managed by the ESRA Fundraising Committee.

·      Upgrade ESRA digital assets to be more user-friendly and efficient.

·      Improve internal and external communications.

·      Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

·      Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

·      Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations, and promotional items.

What We're Looking For:

·      Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector.

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

·      Creativity and an eye for design.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
