Responsibilities:
Office Management Responsibilities:
- Manage office daily operations, such as groceries and miscellaneous supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
- Coordinate IT orders and maintain communication with external vendors for technical support.
- Oversee office cleaning services and repairs to maintain a clean and functional workspace.
- Liaise with suppliers for various office needs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare salary data and assist in payroll processing.
- Manage and track invoices, including submitting and tracking mesh invoices.
- Ensure sufficient office supplies are available and replenished as needed.
- Organize and coordinate "Happy Hours," company events, team-building activities, and personal events
- Manage the budget allocated for welfare activities effectively, ensuring cost-conscious decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee welfare, incorporating new ideas and approaches to enhance the employee experience.
- Proven experience in office administration and event planning - must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written, in English - must
- Strong organizational and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
