Securities Back Office Expert

We are looking for a Securities Back Office Expert, who is a team player and passionate about building great products, to join our Securities team.

As a member of the team, who should have an extensive understanding of securities trading operation life-cycle and regulations for domestic securities.

Responsibilities:

• BO operations (foreign & local - including Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds)
• Acquaintanceship with the Bank's processes in several interfaces
• Reconciliation \ Audit, Clearing , Transactions and Corporate Actions
• Payments (Exchanges, suppliers, customers etc)
• Working closely with TASE, brokers, exchanges, custodians and data providers and with multiple bank systems
• Working with interfaces at the Bank (such as: Legal Department, Back Office, developers)
  
  

• Comprehensive knowledge in trading worlds - TASE and Foreign markets
• BA Financial Degree (Economics, Business, Accounting etc.)
• At least 3-4 years of experience
• Practical knowledge with Corporate Actions, Clearing, Trading, MF, Magna etc.
• Familiar with Israeli & foreign regulation
• Familiar with reporting to regulators
• Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
• Agile thinker and quick learner
• High level English proficiency
• Organized and detailed oriented
