Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at Extreme. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and meet their staffing needs. This role is located in Petah Tikva, with the option for some work from home.

Qualifications
  • Experience in technical recruiting, hiring, and full-life cycle recruiting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively source, assess, and interview candidates
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and current recruiting trends
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in recruiting or human resources is a plus
