We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Lead Hands-on Analyst to provide strategic insights and analytical support directly to the office of the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.

How You’ll Shape The Future Of B2B Sales

• Collaborate with the office of the CEO to understand business needs and provide hands-on analytical support.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to the CEO and other senior executives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
  
  

Requirements:

Here’s What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience working with senior executives and providing direct support to C-suite members is highly desirable.
