System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations System Specialist to join our dynamic IT team!

Location: Petah tikva OR Kfar Masarik (a choice)

Requirements:

Education:

• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS), or CompTIA Security+ - an advantage.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification - an advantage.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems, including installation,
• configuration, and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory including user and group management, organizational units (OUs), and LDAP protocols.
• Expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs) creation, management, and troubleshooting to enforce security settings.
• Proven experience with networking technologies, including configuration and
• management of Cisco devices.
• Experience with wireless network technologies, particularly Juniper Mist.

Job Description:

System and Network Management:

Administer and support enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation,

configuration, and upgrades.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches,

and firewalls.

Ensure high availability and performance of systems through proactive maintenance

and monitoring.

Active Directory and GPO Management:

Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, organizational

units (OUs), and LDAP protocols.

Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security

settings and streamline system configurations.

Network Security:

maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems

(IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).

Wireless Network Management:

Configure and manage wireless networks, particularly using Juniper Mist

technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues.

Technical Support:

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues related to servers,

storage, and network management.

Collaborate with other IT teams to address and resolve system and network-related

issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest developments in IT, networking, and related

technologies.
