CTO / Development Director - (small business unit)

A leading company, specializes in developing and manufacturing fiber optics, secure AV, and more, is seeking a Development Director / CTO to lead its AV security business unit (an inside startup).

Objectives:

-To lead the products from development to implementation.

-To ensure profitability and growth while bringing while bringing value to shareholders and customers.

***Management of 6-10 development, support and product managers. reporting to the CEO.

***role is full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in leading and managing R&D teams or experience as a CTO.
• Successful track record in Fullstack Angular, React node.js, MongoDB- high level.
• In-depth understanding of integrated software-hardware-system engineering products ("integrated" solution) of video compression, software and security).
• Excellent project management skills, including product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions while considering business needs, market trends, and technology advancements.
