Hey there! GOAT Studios is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Mobile UA Manager to join our ever-growing team. If you live and breathe mobile marketing and have a knack for social media campaigns, we want to hear from you - We're about to release two exciting AAA mobile games, and you'll play a key role in shaping their launch!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage mobile UA on social platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
• Grow our UA activities and find new ways to bring in users.
• Hit ambitious KPIs through ongoing optimization, testing, and innovation.
• Work closely with senior management to shape our UA strategy.
• Drive creative strategy by sharing feedback and brainstorming new ideas.
• Develop new insights, testing methods, and process improvements for UA and analysis.
• Keep up with the latest market and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in mobile performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with large advertising budgets.
• Expertise in social media advertising (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) for gaming.
• Strong analytical skills in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record in driving growth for mobile games.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, social platforms, tracking tools, and technical integrations.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas).
• Ambitious, energetic, proactive, innovative thinker, passionate about data, creativity, and the latest trends.
