Full Stack Engineer

A global startup is developing a new product in the Data field within Proptech, creating AI and LMM-based technologies that analyze vast amounts of data to identify unique and profitable investment opportunities in commercial real estate.

The company was acquired by a large real estate firm in the U.S. and operates as an innovative tech unit within a rich ecosystem. The office in Israel has 40 employees and is part of the technology division, while the global company employs over 100,000 people.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company combines two work-from-home days.

Role Description:

• Work on a data-driven real estate web application in the market launch phase, developed by a global team in England and Israel.
• Conduct daily interactions in English and report to a team leader in England.
• Take the lead in the development function for the product in Israel, requiring independent work.
• Spearhead the creation and delivery of end-to-end features, focusing on compelling front-end experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to enhance the platform's UI/UX.
• Lead and coordinate on global projects with engineers in Bristol, Tel Aviv, Toronto, New York, and beyond.

Technological Stack:

• Full Stack development (approximately 60% on the client side).
• Technologies include VueJS, Python, Django, CI/CD processes, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Strong communication skills
• A strong level of English
• Good familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and Python
• Proven experience working with cloud infra for web applications
• Experience with a front-end framework, preferably Vue.js
• Experience with CSS preprocessing, preferably SASS
• Experience with the Azure cloud – Advantage
• Experience with Django and ORM concepts - Advantage
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes - Advantage
