- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and negotiating deals.

- Initiate and promote sales of auxiliary products, meeting sales targets, and penetrating new markets and customers.

- Market analysis and management of product and solution portfolios.

- Adapt the mix of products and technical services to market needs.

- The role combines fieldwork and office work.

### Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial HVAC, or other relevant fields).

- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer for complex technical systems.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
