Mobile Engineer

An innovative IoT startup has developed a product for food storage and management (a physical device + application) designed to extend shelf life and manage food inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for React Native mobile applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript and TypeScript code.

• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Implement features and functionalities that leverage and interact with various IoT devices and services.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in React Native and related technologies.

• Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness across various devices and platforms (iOS and Android).

• Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and stability.

Technological Stack: React Native, JavaScript, Redux, TypeScript.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a React Native Front-End Developer or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Experience with React Native core concepts, components, and best practices.

• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Saga).

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate them into functional and intuitive interfaces.

• Familiarity with IoT development concepts and potential for integrating with various devices and services (a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
