Back End Developer

A startup in the Insurtech sector is developing a B2C platform for risk assessment and real-time assistance for travel insurance, providing a digital wallet and A-Z services before, during, and after the trip.

The company has raised over $18 million from reputable VCs after a Series A round and has doubled in size over the past year, now employing 60 people and continuing to grow.

They are characterized by a flat structure, excellence profiles, and an open-door policy, offering significant influence on the product and development from scratch.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days a week.

Role Description: Reporting to the team leader, joining an existing team, the role involves Backend development in Node, working with PostgreSQL, AWS, and CI/CD environments, including architecture and development from scratch. This is a strategic position with immediate impact on the product.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Backend or Full Stack development
• Experience in development with Node/TypeScript.
• Technical degree or a graduate of a technology unit.
