Full Stack Team lead

We're looking for a Full Stack team Lead who's awesome as a full stack developer and has leadership skills, who can inspire 

innovation in our development teams.

In this role, you will take an integral part in the creation of a new and innovative SaaS product.

You will be responsible for the technological aspects of the company’s operations and overseeing and guiding the R&D of the innovative future technologies of the company.

Responsibilities:

✓ Pair with other engineers to deliver world-class solutions.

✓ Lead the design and development of software architecture for complex features, considering factors such as 

scalability, maintainability, and performance.

✓ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

✓ Define and document architecture specifications, guidelines, and best practices.

✓ Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to support the development process.

✓ Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural principles and best 

practices.

✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

✓ Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.

✓ Identify and address performance bottlenecks in software applications.

✓ Implement and enforce security measures to protect software systems from potential threats.

Qualifications

✓ B.Sc. Computer Science Degree (or equivalent)

✓ At least 4 years of experience in development C#, .Net Core, Angular, MS-SQL

✓ Experienced with cloud solutions design, preferably Azure

✓ Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures, Proven experience bringing a software solution 

from an early development stage to production.

✓ Must be a strong and effective leader 

✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✓ Excellent organizational and time management skills

✓ Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

✓ Fluent English
