Product Ops engineer

Mertens-Malam Team is seeking experienced Product Ops professionals to join our new team in the digital department of a leading organization. As a member of the Product Ops team, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the technological health of our digital products.

Job Description:

• Define technological metrics and indicators (QA, TTM, DORA)
• Build data-driven dashboards in various monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog, DynamicApps)
• Develop routines for monitoring, control, and improvement of products, deriving action items for development teams
• Provide methodological guidelines for documenting development in monitoring tools
• Manage on-call events and malfunctions, coordinating all relevant parties
• Conduct post-failure investigations and monitor implementation of lessons learned
• Serve as the focal point for all relevant partners and interfaces on the digital product
• Manage the technological backlog of the product
• Maintain and update a knowledge base on dependencies and relationships in the product

Mandatory Professional Requirements:

• Experience setting up dashboards in analysis tools such as Splunk and DataDog
• At least 3 years of experience in technological product management
• In-depth understanding of system architecture and technological infrastructure
• Advanced data analysis skills and analytical thinking
