Automation Team Lead

We are looking for a talented hands-on QA Automation Team Lead to join us. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Automation tests covering our products and components, lead the QA automation team, to ensure that the product is tested as fully as is practical to do so with a combination of automated (as a default) and manual tests for the cloud and on-prem architectures

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for recruiting, training, and mentoring the Automation Engineers, designing and reviewing complex code.
• Define, design, and implement automated regression and sanity tests for our ever-evolving products
• own key activities such as design and test planning, review and develop complex code, and mentoring the Automation Engineers in the team.
• Identify and design tools needed for efficient automated testing.
• Define, set up, and maintain our test automation environments and process.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automation team leader
• Become a knowledge center for your teams and their domain.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the stability and functionality of our software products.
• Collaborate with software developers and QA team members to understand project requirements and identify areas for test automation.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks that support nonfunctional testing.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve and optimize automated test scripts and test processes.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Automation Team Lead
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation testing
• Strong knowledge of programming languages: Typescript, Python
• Experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, and libraries.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and best practices.
