Software Engineering Team Lead

A successful startup is developing a SaaS product for managing digital sales. Their primary customers are tech companies and others. They are creating a cloud solution for managing sales processes, helping their clients shorten buying cycles and fostering new interactions between buyers and sellers.

Additionally, the company offers a digital DealRoom, which centralizes all information, documents, and stages in the sales process, enabling real-time customization, transparency, and collaboration to drive sales growth.

They have raised over $90 million, led by one of the world's leading investment funds.

The company is located in central Israel and allows employees to work from home twice a week. They currently have 200 employees, 65 of whom are in R&D.

Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership for a product line development, from designing the engineering solution, through development, code review, production deployment to rollout and monitoring

• Manage a strong team of developers both frontend and backend

• Take responsibility for the

• Work closely with the product managers to define and timeline solution

• Recruit top talent developers for your team

• Be at least 50% hands-on development as part of the team

• Contribute to the engineering culture and methodologies

Requirements:

• 4 years' experience of leading a full stack software teams with at least 3 developers

• 8 years' experience in Java server-side development

• 8 years Experience with client-side development (Angular)

• Experience with relational databases

• Experience with performance tuning and monitoring

• Experience in Caching

• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
