Role Overview:

As an Infrastructure and Security Support Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our team, providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. Your expertise will ensure our Microsoft-based systems operate smoothly and securely. You will also play a crucial role in our security initiatives, utilizing tools such as Cisco Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and manage our Microsoft-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Security Operations: Implement and manage security protocols using Cisco AMP, Cisco Umbrella, and IronPort to protect our systems from threats.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to enhance system performance and security measures.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer support and security-focused environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft systems like Microsoft Teams, Planner Etc, Security Products - Cisco AMP, Cisco Umbrella, and IronPort.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
