We are looking for a talented Software Engineer (Backend Oriented) to join our new Operational Excellence team - a startup within a startup.

As our business grows, we aim to ensure healthy SAAS metrics by working with different departments and crossing boundaries by definition.

We're on a mission to sharpen, enhance, and fuel the hyper-growth of our company. Using advanced tech like big data, AI, and anything you can think about, we're transforming our internal operations and product lines as sharp as a Jedi lightsaber.

You will

• Lead targeted cross-organizational projects, collaborating with diverse interfaces
• Fast-paced delivery with fast customer feedback
• Learn fast and dive into new technologies in an agile environment
• Work with a wide variety of technologies and service
• Be part of forming a new team
• Have E2E ownership - ideation, design, development, build, release, and monitoring
• Work in a cloud-based environment with the most advanced development ecosystem and top technologies - Docker / Kubernetes / AWS / Jenkins / Travis /
• Experience working with monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana / Coralogix / Prometheus
  
  

• [Must] 2 years of experience in developing backend services in Java.
• Understanding of MVC, OOP, SOLID, and essential Design Patterns.
• Experience working with a cloud provider (AWS is an advantage).
• Experience working with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, K/V).
• [Advantage] Led a project that had an impact on the whole organization.
• [Advantage] Experience with integrating complex 3rd party services.
• [Advantage] Experience working with generative AI and Python
• [Advantage] Experience working with a frontend tech stack (Angular is an advantage).
