RF and Communication System Engineer

We are hiring an RF and Communication System Engineer to join our team at MLM in the Missiles and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Defining and architecting radio communication system according to business requirements.
• Engaging in engineering activities and guiding projects through development stages in the specified field.
• Managing engineering activities with subcontractors and manufacturers.
• Integrating and testing system components in the product.
• Collaborating with parallel engineering teams.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in defining end-to-end radio communication system requirements – mandatory.
• Conducting calculations and analysis using MATLAB or similar language.
• Understanding and calculating RF channel characteristics.
• Ability to work in a team with high personal responsibility.
• Independent leadership ability and task integration.
• Rapid and independent learning of new domains.
• Focus, curiosity, and personal initiative.
• English proficiency – writing, speaking, and reading.
