Seeking for a Senior Architect for a team lead position

• Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with planning standards and project timelines.
• Expertise in urban planning regulations, building rights, planning and construction laws
• Extensive knowledge in architectural design.
• Revit experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit and BIM 360 environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of local authorities, licensing processes, laws, and regulations.
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional collaboration at all levels.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to impart knowledge to others in planning and preparing drawings and specifications.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team through guidance and proper counseling.
• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate facts, and prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
• Talents in making technical decisions with broad design vision.
• Experience in execution supervision and familiarity with actual construction processes.
• Previous experience in large projects is an advantage.
