Linux System Administrator

An online marketing company specializing in providing international marketing services.

The company is located in Herzliya, with a hybrid work format of two days in the office and three days from home.

About the role

• In this role, you will support the SEO department of the company, manage a team of support staff in the Eastern region, and work with large Linux infrastructures.
• High-level English proficiency is required.
• Set up, configure, and maintain web stacks
• Manage and maintain domain list and DNS configs
• Support dev teams to finetune web stacks
• Support marketing teams’ system and WordPress config needs
• Perform backups, security maintenance and other system needs

Requirements-

• Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and file system hierarchy -
• Production experience with Docker Compose
• Production experience with Ansible
• Experience with Backup processes
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Experience with Git repositories
• Experience with different cloud providers ( AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring services
• Experience with Writing scripts in bash and/or python to automate workflow processes
• Experience with Cloudflare, DNS records and various Domain Providers
• Knowledge of the REST API and the HTTP protocol
• Knowledge of Security Best-Practice
• Troubleshooting and Debugging skills on WordPress backend UI
