Business Operations Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team and help oversee and coordinate our technological and physical operations.

Location: Hybrid (Home/Ramat Gan). One day a week in Yokneam.

Position Level: Startup mid-level. This is not an entry-level but also not a senior position. Ideal candidate should have 1-3 year of professional experience and be prepared to handle various tasks in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and streamline project workflows between R&D, product, support, finance, and fulfillment teams.
• Support financial planning and budgeting.
• Oversee and develop operational procedures for order fulfillment and managing exceptions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures.
• Report directly to the COO, providing regular updates on operational status and project progress.
• Support business development efforts by screening and onboarding new distribution partners
• Collaborate with US-based teams (requiring some flexibility with time zones).

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid business acumen.
• Strong project management skills.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Self-starter, autodidact, and highly proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in finance and/or legal.
• Experience as PMO.
• Experience in a startup environment.
