Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support and Specialist. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop support, help desk support, and other related tasks related to managing an Apple ecosystem.

This is an entry-level position, with plenty of room to grow in the fields of System Administration and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• One year of minimum experience in Help Desk Support is required
• Extensive personal experience with Apple products or providing workplace support for Apple products is a must
• Experience with Managing Apple Devices (MDM such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.) is an advantage
• knowledge and expertise in Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Identity Management are a plus
