We are looking for individuals with the potential to become exceptional General Managers—those who possess the qualities of founders and the skillsets of GMs (even if have not yet reached these positions). We seek candidates with a deep passion for digital marketing and the unique ability to transform ideas into thriving businesses. Candidates should also have the potential to join as co-founders and adopt a performance-based equity model. This role demands full-spectrum responsibility from conceptualization to execution and scaling, including building digital assets and leading business development, marketing (including user acquisition), and product strategies.

• Digital Marketing Mastery: Proven expertise in digital marketing, including product development, media strategies, business development, or related fields. You should have a deep knowledge and experience that set you apart as a leader in this domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• A-Z Responsibility: Take full ownership of ventures from idea generation through to execution, scaling, and optimization. This includes identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to develop new digital businesses, leveraging our resources and expertise.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use this data to inform strategic decisions and uncover opportunities for new ventures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that align with our vision and goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Budget Management: Create and secure approval for budgets and manage financial resources to ensure efficient execution and scaling of ventures.
• Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the venture, ensuring all aspects from product development to market launch are meticulously managed. This includes building digital assets, leading business development, formulating marketing strategies, driving user acquisition, and managing product development.
• Team Building: Assemble and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that drives success.
