System Analyst

Recommerce is recruiting a Systems Analyst for a challenging and interesting position at a leading bank !

Job Description:

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Writing specifications for the digital development team for Web and Mobile platforms.
• Collaborating with business users to finalize topics.
• Leading development teams from the specification stage to testing and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing detailed functional and technical specification documents, including system integration documents.
• Understanding customer journeys and UX/UI processes.
• High-level process understanding, including the ability to break down project content into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), extract MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and divide content into high business value stages.
• Working in an AGILE methodology.
• Experience in B2B and working with development teams is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity and experience with databases and the ability to write simple queries (Oracle or SQL Server) - an advantage.
• Technical understanding of XML and JSON, as well as knowledge of MicroServices - an advantage.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis.
• Experience working with digital systems for Web and Mobile - a must.
