Project Manager/PMO for the product design UX/UI team. in a leading SaaS company

The Project Manager will lead the planning and aligning of projects within the product design UX/UI team to deliver a unique, high-quality product within a defined schedule, budget, quality, and scope.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all Project Management within the product design UX/UI team: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk management

2. Delivers defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.

3. Aligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.

4. Leads and facilitates the project risk management process and is responsible for on-going status and progress reporting.

5. Responsible for the overall project communication plan and manages relationships with project stakeholders.

6. Oversees the project's closure, integrating all relevant components.

Position Requirements:

B.A/B.Sc. in Industrial and management engineering or design marketing or similar

1. Experience as a project manager in a SaaS Hi-Tech company- A must!

Experience from an Adetch or advertising company - a big advantage

2. Experience in leading large, high-profile, and complex projects

3. In-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices, and procedures.

4. You should be a great communicator, people-person, self-driven, and have proactive

Experience in UX/UI or design- an advantage.
