The FINQ team is composed of 30 exceptional individuals. We recently introduced our first product to the U.S. market and our first product in IL and are poised to maintain this momentum with the planned launch of multiple additional products in 2024.

This presents a unique and exhilarating opportunity for our first product manager to come on board during this pivotal and fascinating phase of our journey. 

About the role 

FINQ is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Product to join our executive team. This pivotal role reports

directly to our Founder and CEO, Eldad Tamir, and will be responsible for building and leading the entire product organization.

The Head of Product will spearhead the development and launch of FINQ’s innovative products in both Israel and the US, including stocks, pensions, and funds. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Leadership and strategy: Lead and launch FINQ’s upcoming products, inheriting and optimizing current processes

and roadmaps to meet the company’s business goals. 

Team development: Oversee the current Product/UX/UI team and build a robust team to support our growth

trajectory. 

Product management: Translate strategic vision into market-ready products from ideation through launch and beyond. Define and refine working processes and roadmaps. 

Customer engagement: Regularly interact with customers, conduct usability and UI testing, and launch new features to optimize user retention and reduce churn. 

Performance analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to drive improvements. 

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with financial experts, UI/UX designers, marketing, and

R&D to ensure alignment with strategic goals and product vision. 

Market leadership: Ensure FINQ’s products deliver exceptional user experiences and position FINQ as a market leader through innovative solutions, ultimately transforming the financial landscape and how people around the world invest.

What you’ll do 

1.     Leadership and Team Building:

Lead and build the entire product organization, overseeing the current Product/UX/UI team while also recruiting and developing a robust team to support our growth.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product organization. 

2.     Monitoring product performance:

Track and assess product performance using critical metrics to guide strategic decisions for future enhancements and iterations. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on adoption, engagement, retention, and churn reduction. Analyze performance data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and spearhead optimization efforts. 

3.     Product lifecycle oversight:

Actively manage the product lifecycle from concept to development, launch, and beyond.

Ensure seamless execution at each phase, closely aligning with the overarching product strategy. 

4.     Feature development and prioritization:

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to establish product specifications, rank feature importance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs on schedule. 

5.     Analysis of customer needs:

Actively collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their requirements and challenges.

Convert these insights into actionable plans for product refinement and the introduction of new features. 

6.     Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Engage closely with teams across UX/UI design, marketing, copywriting, financial experts, and R&D to implement a cohesive product development and launch strategy. 

What we are looking for 

1.     Proven experience as Head of Product or in a similar leadership role within the B2C and fintech / Financial

industry. 

2.     Strong track record of developing and launching successful products. 

3.     Methodical execution with a history of delivering timely, high-quality outcomes. 

4.     Expertise in product management techniques, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles. 

5.     Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills for leading and building a geographically distributed team. 

6.     Ability to manage time-zone challenges and align cross-functional teams towards common goals. 

7.     Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and convert customer feedback into actionable plans. 

8.     Familiarity with the technical and market landscape of financial operations. 

9.     Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail. 

10. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
