Responsibilities

• Key member of the R&D staff.
• Manage a team consists of EE and AP.
• Building and maintaining relationships with teams within the R&D organization and with other departments within the company (Product, Clinical affairs, V&V, QARA, Production).
• Develop and validate algorithms for pressure calculation based on a capacitive MEMS sensor and ASIC.
• Define requirements for setups for ASIC and MEMS testing and characterization.
• Perform ASIC & MEMS tests, data analysis, ASIC and MEMS design inputs.
• Next generation ASIC & MEMS requirements and architecture.
• Advanced development - initiate and define architecture for future systems.

Qualifications

• EE / Applied Physics.
• MSc or PhD - an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Medical device experience - an advantage.
• Previous management experience.
• Self-motivated, curiosity, perseverance, diligence.
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record in leading innovative R&D activities
