Involvement in all the key processes of the company's business.

Preparing the technical ground for the success of the projects in the following stages:

• RFQ - price of templates, feasibility, etc.

• Successful launch at the production site, achieving R@R goals.

Duties and essential responsibilities:

1. Full responsibility for the template department in the following aspects:

• Templates team - recruitment, training and monitoring of activity. Setting KPI and tracking the goals.

• Building an annual departmental plan.

• Feasibility tests.

• Price offers for templates.

• Appointment of mold makers.

• Global professional accompaniment for excellence.

• Global support for mold engineers.

2. Full responsibility for correct work methodology in a project-focused global company:

• Monitoring the procedures defined within the project, both by pattern engineers and by the related interfaces (project manager, planner).

• Monitoring the process in front of the company's injection sites.

Requirements:

Up to 5 years of experience in managing plastic mold departments.

A degree in mechanical engineering (a degree in plastic engineering is an advantage).

Excellent understanding and experience in injection molding, design and production.

Very good CAD capabilities at Cimatron. NX, CATIA - an advantage

Deep knowledge in the selection of metals and treatment of hardening.

Understanding injection parsing.

Experience in managing tool manufacturers abroad.

Ability to speak, write and read English at a very high level

Office applications - Outlook, Excel and Power point.

Knowledge and understanding of GD&T.

Willingness to travel abroad in Europe, China and North America as needed.
