System Engineer

The Missile and Space Systems Division is seeking a System Engineer for the development project of an advanced weaponry system.

What will you do:

• Analyzing client requirements and related system operational environment requirements.
• Defining performance specifications for airborne components in loitering munitions systems.
• Designing preliminary munition layouts.
• Defining project proof and testing processes by budget, timeline, and client requirements.
• Establishing the operational concept of the system.
• Defining and writing requirements for airborne engineering with an emphasis on aeronautical and mechanical engineering.
• Reviewing strength reports, performance evaluations, and mechanical designs.
• Guiding engineering teams in relevant fields.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Aeronautical Engineering – Required.
• Master's degree (MSc) in Systems Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering – Advantageous.
• At least five years of experience in developing mechanical or aeronautical systems – Required.
• Hands-on development experience – Required.
• Previous experience in developing large-scale weapon systems (Systems of Systems) – Highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• High proficiency in English – speaking, reading, and writing.
