VP, Digital Innovation/Systems

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Digital Innovation to lead our technology strategy and oversee key technology teams. This critical role will drive innovation and ensure seamless integration across our common tech stack, including CRM, MarTech, SIS, and ERP.

As Vice President of Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the following areas

m3. MarTech - Landing pages and marketing technolog

y4. SIS (Student Information System

)5. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning

Responsibilitie

s:- Develop and execute the overall technology strategy to support business objective

s.- Lead and manage the teams overseeing CRM, MarTech, SIS, and ERP, ensuring effective collaboration and integratio

n.- Oversee the optimization and performance of marketing automation tool

s.- Manage the Salesforce CRM/Five9 ecosystem, ensuring effective integration with other tools and platform

s.- Oversee the development and maintenance of web pages and other marketing technologie

s.- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulation

s.- Collaborate with other departments to align digital initiatives with business goal

s.- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvemen

t.- Manage technology budgets, ensuring cost-effective solution

s.- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performanc

e.- Integrate AI innovations into existing platform

s.- Utilize entrepreneurial product management and tech deployment skill

Must-Ha
