Senior Frontend Developer

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface of our applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences, and driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• React Development: Spearhead the development of frontend applications using React.js. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.

• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to design intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Drive the architecture and design decisions, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. Implement and enforce best practices for frontend development. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure robustness and reliability of the applications.

• Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines. Provide accurate timelines and progress reports to stakeholders.

• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Introduce new frontend technologies and tools to enhance development processes and improve efficiency.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend development processes, architecture, and codebase. Ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Must - At least 4 years of proven experience as a front-end developer, with expertise in React.js and related technologies.

Must - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end languages/libraries.

Must - Solid understanding of state management, component lifecycles, and UI/UX principles.

Must - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred - Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Preferred - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
