Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing and Sales Operations with experience in B2B marketing. This role requires expertise in managing and leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce to create and structure global campaigns, oversee lead-flow processes, and ensure seamless integration and operations of marketing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce and HubSpot Management:

• Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Manage Salesforce workflows, including sales training and monitoring.

Campaign Management:

• Create and manage emails, landing pages, nurture flow emails and full-funnel tracking.
• Ensure smooth campaign integration across various tools for accurate data management and lead routing.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics.
• Provide insights and reports on campaign performance.

Website management

Hands on management of the company website

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to create personalized customer journeys.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong track record in optimizing lead management, sales efficiency, and data quality processes.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and data-driven skills.
• Creative thinker and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and conversational.
