As we continue to expand, we are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our Israel-based team, and support our work in leading the change in agriculture. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and the overall financial health of the organization. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and highly organized, and will report to our chief bookkeeper.The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports. 

Responsibilities

• Executing banking reconciliations
• Executing supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Executing credit cards reconciliations.
• Competently managing petty cash.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bookkeeping certification.
• 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Priority - mandatory).
• A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English.
