We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tel Aviv.

The job includes fieldwork with a tight schedule in several locations all over the country and abroad.

Job Description

Technical Documentation Specialist FOR CYBER TOP COMPANY

We are seeking a talented Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team as an outsourced position and take charge of creating comprehensive technical documentation for our SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for producing both internal R&D documentation and external usage guides. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, support team and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the platform's objectives, functionality, and usage. Your primary goal will be to translate complex technical concepts into clear, well-explained documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:Work closely with developers, product managers, support team and subject matter experts to understand the platform's features, functionality, and objectives.Interview key stakeholders to gather information and insights necessary for creating comprehensive documentation.Translate technical information into clear and concise documentation tailored to the needs of various audiences, including developers, end-users, and technical support teams.Develop and maintain internal R&D documentation, including technical specifications, API references, and architecture diagrams.Create user-friendly external documentation, such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to help users understand and effectively use the platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation across all channels.Stay up-to-date with product changes and enhancements to ensure documentation remains current and relevant.Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.

Jo Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interviewing and research skills to gather information from technical experts and translate it into documentation.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence, Markdown, and version control systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.Knowledge of software development processes and technologies, including APIs, cloud computing, and web technologies.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field – great advantage.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity domain – great advantage.
