DevOps Engineer

A high-tech company in the Security field, a defensive cyber company that protects endpoints and the IT environment in organizations, aiming to detect, prevent, and neutralize advanced cyber-attacks (NGAV, EDR, XDR). Its defense system collects information from all endpoints in the organization and the IT environment and analyzes their actions. With the vast amount of real-time data collected, the product identifies malicious behaviors and presents the event sequence through a simple and intuitive interface.

Role Description: Working in a team environment, using Linux, working with an internal cloud (On-Prem), Docker, Terraform, and coding in Python and GO.

Located in Tel Aviv, adjacent to the train station, with a hybrid work model and high flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure using virtualization technologies like VMware, Nutanix, KVM, and others.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the software development lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management for efficient deployment and management.
• Containerize Cybereason On-Prem applications and write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Collaborate with developers, security engineers, and product managers throughout the entire service lifecycle, from inception and design to deployment, operation, and ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 years of extensive DevOps engineering experience
• 5 years of vast experience in the VMware ecosystem
• Solid understanding of on-premises security concepts production experience
• Strong foundation in networking and Linux administration
• Mastery of Jenkins scripting and configuration
• Proven experience with containerization technologies like Docker Compose
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Packer
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go
