We are looking for an HCM Implementer to join our MIS group.

What is the job?

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Advise and guide HR users to the best practice of using the Oracle system.
• Architecture, design and implementation of the Oracle applications HCM modules
• Provide guidance and support to clients in the adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including end-user training and change management.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation.
  
  

• 3-5 Years of implementation experience in Oracle Application HCM modules
• SQL / OTBI knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal)
