Strategic Projects Manager - Part-Time (50%)

Profitian provides B2B financial partnership solutions tailored to startups in Israel and the US. As a Strategic Projects manager, you’ll lead strategic business plans and focus on growth and success through active engagement with management. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing complex cross-company projects, working closely with our cross-functional team, including the leadership team, CEOs and Managers. Responsibilities:

• Participating in strategic planning and helping company’s management develop a vision and executing a plan
• Develop and implement project plans for a variety of cross-organization initiatives
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks
• Communicate project status to the leadership & CEOs
• Prepare and analyze monthly billing and collections reports
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve collection issues

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Independently driven and proactive takes initiative
• Experience with planning a strategy and desire to work in detail with data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
