VP R&D / CTO for a Generative AI company

An amazing start-up in Tel Aviv, that recently accomplished a significant fundraise, is looking for a VP of R&D/CTO to manage the director of SW and the director of AI (total 21 ppl)

You need to bring strong engineering skills in the design and development of Big Data platforms, AI preferably generative AI, and business product orientation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Msc.

10 years of experience in the software industry, experience as VP of software, or executive position.

SaaS, Cloud, AI or Big Data platforms.

Experience with the full Machine Learning development lifecycle using open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud.

Experience with building a software data platform (Node.js. / Python and React/Redux ) for big data, AI, or generative AI.

Also No SQL Databases, Cloud and DevOps tools, and testing frameworks.

Experience designing and building large-scale ML systems

Experience leading teams of engineers and applied scientists

Leading software development processes: agile methodology, roadmap building, code reviews.
