🔍 Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the company's accounting operations.
• Supervise the accounting team.
• Bank reconciliations and monitoring client payments, collections, and supplier payments.
• Employee payroll management.
• Prepare, edit, present, and report management and financial statements.
• Represent and liaise with local authorities (income tax, VAT, social security, etc.).
• Represent and liaise with banks locally and internationally.
• Prepare, supervise, control, and report project budgets.
• Develop organizational processes in finance and operations.
• Manage operations and procurement locally and internationally.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to the company's project sites.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers.

📜 Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - mandatory.
• Internship experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms - advantageous.
• Additional post-internship experience - advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel and international accounting software.
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) - mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive with a quick learning ability.
• High capability to work in a team and lead processes.
• Previous experience in Africa - advantageous.
• Creative problem-solving and challenge resolution skills.
• Managerial experience - advantageous.
