am.We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Project Management Officer (PMO) with a proven background as a Scrum Master to join our dynamic R&D te

am.The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our project management capabilities, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, and align with our business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for driving change in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management policies, processes, and metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.While tracking and improving the R&D’s productivity & efficiency from sprint to sprintServe as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Work closely with the VP of R&D to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.gCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP)) are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a PMO from Hi Tech/ Startup companies.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Kanban).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English, reading and writing
• Energetic, ambitious, and driven, with an ability to inspire others.
