We are looking for a talented Operations coordinator & Warehouse manager to join our Team!

Responsibilities: 

• Purchasing: R&D Purchasing activities, POs issues, and management
• Production management: 
• Build and manage production plan (Gantt)- assessing project and resource requirements
• Oversee the production process and coordinate all activities
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Organize the repair and routine maintenance/calibration of production equipment
• Warehouse - manage warehouse activities including:
• Quality assurance – working according to quality procedures
• Inventory control and count
• Manage logistics utilized to transport products to US WH or other customer
• Logistics activities to support production continuance
• Manage and own Receiving Inspection (RIR)
•  Lead logistic/production weekly status meetings and track AI.
• General work- Documentation/logs/BOMs updates 
• Refurbishment Ops representative.
• Clinical Ops support

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role (inventory and warehouse management, logistics management) - must
• Experience with medical devices - must
• Fluent English and Hebrew (both spoken and written)
• Proactive and responsible, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude

A full-time position, based in the Hi-Tech Village in Givat-Ram, Jerusalem, hybrid work model.
